Weekly Update #27- More Phaerie shenanigans


The city I’m currently working on, Phae, is now becoming more and more populated. This week, I have mostly dedicated my time in creating more textures and morphological differences for all the Phaeries that inhabit Phae, along with a couple of accessories. I’ve also started working on a couple of scripted events that will take place there. Here’s the full list:

Content

  • New Assets: More textures and morphological differences (blendshapes) for the Phaeries.
  • New Assets: Dao swords for the captain of the guard, Lì.
  • New Assets: Halbards for the guards.
  • New Assets: Little Queen Měi, and her crown.
  • New feature: Scripted event for your first arrival in Phae.
  • New feature: Eye movement for Hope.

Work in progress

I need to fine tune some animations in the scripted event I mentioned, smooth it out a bit, and it’ll be perfect.

Objectives for next update

  • Add more buildings to Phae.
  • Write dialogues for NPCs.
  • Set up daily routines for NPCs.
  • If I have the time, start working on the inside of Phae’s royal palace.
